Many thanks for that. I didn't think he'd even played as many as 4 full games.
Here's wishing him better luck next season. I'm sure he'll tone down his goal celebrations!

Took a painful whack on his right thigh. Hopefully it's just a dead leg so he should be OK in a week to 10 days.......Blanc de blanc wrote:Kelvin taken off limping during the Germany match, not looking good.

It was a nasty knock and judging by Phillips' face it's something more serious than a dead legPhoenixUnited wrote:Took a painful whack on his right thigh. England boss Gareth Southgate on Kalvin Phillips’ injury: “…it's not ideal in any way shape or form to lose a really important player after 15, 20 minutes. Hopefully it's not too bad. It's quite a severe dead leg. Hard to know how long that will be…”

The England medics should know what they are doing but I don't get why, having been injured and clearly very uncomfortable, they let him go back on to try to run it off. It was a friendly match after all . It seemed a bit pointless and risked a player doing further damage to an injuryMOT1964 wrote:Adam Popemapperleywhite wrote:It was a nasty knock and judging by Phillips' face it's something more serious than a dead legPhoenixUnited wrote:Took a painful whack on his right thigh.
