Other than our membership groups for Leeds (NSW, Victoria, Brisbane, Adelaide and Western Australia), the only thing I could find was some streets names (Leeds Street) in Victoria, 3 in NSW and Western Australia. There is a Leeds Road in Victoria (Waverley) and some Leeds Avenues in South Australia and Queensland. Leeds Court crops up in Queensland, WA and Victoria. If I keep looking I'm sure I'd find more.
The best one I found was in the UK although it does have Aussie connections there is an Australian Rules Football side based in the UK called the Leeds Minatours, they have a facebook page as well.
