Lev is Bulgarian currency so presumably somewhere in Bulgaria.
Is Zagorka the beer? Is it sort of named after the city like Budweiser/Budvar sort of is?

I'll have a go at the only other place I know : Veliko Tarnovo.
I've got a mate who moved there three years ago :)

Not Veliko Tarnovo. The closest major place is actually Sofia
