The word is used too often but THE LEGEND has passed away. Without a shadow of a doubt the greatest Sportsman possibly the greatest man to walk the planet.

He was the greatest Boxer of all time, to win the heavyweight championship 3 times will never be equalled.

The phrase is over used nowadays, but Ali was a true legend. The greatest sports star any of us will ever know. Such a shame what his sport did to a brilliant brain. RIP

Really not into boxing at all, but Ali transcended sport and was just a great human being.

Remember getting up in the early hours back in the 1960's to watch, in black and white, Cassius Clay beat Sonny Liston. Cassius Clay was a massive underdog but won easily. That was the start of the 'legend'. RIP.
