I hope the philosophy of quantity, not quality isn't extended to the incoming signings!
Well I'm happy - I haven't been to Guiseley or Mansfield before and I can do those two days so happy days!

Anyone know if the Leeds XI v Corby on the 23rd will be all ticket and if so when they'll be on sale? Only an hour up the road and will be nice to say I've played on the same pitch as a Leeds United team :D.

Allows us to scout GMS and see how he stacks up against Byram.

£5 for ST holders for the final pre season game is fantastic. Nurnberg was £12 last year!

You should get FREE entry to the only pre season friendly at home.

We generally only play the last game at home - a combination of giving the new pitch every last minute to settle and because we can be guaranteed to boost the coffers of most lower div teams away from home. Don't know if you were serious about it being free but in our situation we could hardly expect the club to put on a game with an intent to lose boatloads of money - all the staff would have to be there and to be paid. Doing it this way may get most of the STs to go - that should be at least 10,000 and then hopefully a decent price might bring in a few casuals. I remember the Nurnberg game last year was a disaster from a crowd point of view - something like 9,000 from memory?

I think Dundee United will bring a good following which should help the crowd especially if its only £10 to get in.

Maybe it just me as i have always thought that even if you play one home pre season game season ticket holders should get in free.

Still each club does what it want so not to worry.
