Only eight of us survive to the Third round: Morientes, +15, The Johnson, Barlow Boy, Sheepy, Selby White, ruelfox and myself.

I checked all results, and Pecky10 and dskimchski were definitely eliminated at the weekend.

I've adopted The Johnson's idea for new rules in the game: Eight of us left, all eight of us pick a different team from any division. Simple enough :D Get in early and you get best pick, but then again anything could happen during the week, half the team could get suspended or something, I think there is enough variety in all of the leagues to make it fair to pick 9 different teams.

Barlow Boy has already reserved Chelsea. Good luck everyone.

I'll take Spurs this week.

Just a suggestion for next time this starts, I think we should stop including the premiership, it's way too predictable since there are a top 4 or 5 sides that win almost every week, and certainly 1 or 2 of them will have a fixture each week which is a nailed on win. That almost never happens in the football league. Just because once it gets down to the last few people standing, it'll be easy to just play safe with Chelsea at home vs Crystal Palace and the other person picks Man U at home to Stoke, and everyone else watches on for weeks until one of the top sides slips up.
Just a thought, but I think restricting it to the other divisions will keep it way more interesting.
