Re: Winding Up Petition
After this many winding up petitions, it's got to be a wind up.

When you retire, you switch bosses - from the one that hired you, to the one that married you.
Re: Winding Up Petition
Every time Cellino pays off debts incurred by the previous regime(s) I hope the Football League take notice. I used Ford & Warren when I bought a house in Morley in 1967. Shan't use them again.
I once played against Don Revie.

Re: Winding Up Petition
I bought my house in June this year. If today I received a letter from a builder telling me he did some pointing two years ago for which he'd not been paid by previous owners, I'd tell him to 'do one' in no uncertain terms and advise him he need to speak to the owners from the time he did the work. I know there's probably legal nonsense that means it's LUFC's problem and not Batesy's, but I can't help thinking these bozo's are just trying their luck (did they try to recover under GFH ownership??) and getting a bit of free publicity into the bargain.

Re: Winding Up Petition
Perhaps Mr. Shaun Harvey can explain why, as chief executive and man in charge of finances at LUFC when this alleged bill was incurred, it wasn't settled at that time.
