Two hols now to look forward to, well overdue because of Covid.
Beautiful place with lovely people. Hummingbirds everywhere to add colour to any holiday. Didn’t spend long in San Jose but the highlights were Monteverde, Parque, Punta Arenas & Puntarenas.
Think we only get one day in San Jose (13 days in the country). Its with a tour company.

Some inclusions -
Discover the unique eco-system in Tortuguero National Park
Explore the area around the still-active Arenal Volcano
Travel to the remote Caño Negro Wildlife Refuge, renowned for its incredible birdlife
See the extraordinary Monteverde Cloud Forest from above on hanging bridges
Enjoy a fascinating tour of a coffee estate
Option to try out an exhilarating ‘zip-line’ tour through the rainforest
Stay three nights in a five-star resort overlooking the Pacific Ocean

Looks a decent itinerary that Mick. As I said it’s a lovely place with nice people, they’re football mad as well. Funnily enough don’t remember the food but Sue tells me it was excellent. It’s not an expensive place either so a beers definitely required. We met a guy at our beachside hotel a rich American who invited us to his home also on the beach for a barbecue it was some home as well.

Booked up to go to Maldives and Dubai just after the Brighton game. :D

I am hopeful that things LUFC wise don't rest on the last game as we will be in transit between the two locations on the day of that match

Her indoors off the Benidorm for a week next month with her mum and the kids (Kids I say 30 28 and 19) Quite happy as Concrete City never floated my boat so I'm holidaying at Ourgate. Tracey and myself are away for 5 days to Malaga and are looking for a 5 day break away start of June. Short hols due to dog and cat commitments :D
