I had my car serviced the other week, main service. Cost me £369 but they found a problem, which is not urgent, involving the linkage. They said it will be OK until the next service but gave me an estimate: £1,360. :shock:

We have such good neighbours that there is a round robin email system for keeping people advised. I advised them about our house sale by email yesterday and today, a lady from across the road came to say that they knew someone who is waiting for a house in the drive to become available. Hope it works out! The houses in our drive don't come up for sale very often.
