Went outside a few weeks after getting the mutt to find him in the garden chewing this ........ He demolished it but can't bring myself to throw it out.

I’ve been wanting to upload this for ages but never known how. Now I do. I’d only been at Croydon Hilton for two weeks when Leeds stayed back in 98. They all ate in a private dining room, I met and chatted with all of them. They had a very high carb dinner, this was the list for the pre match meals. Great memory. Over the next 18 months or so I catered for the likes of Liverpool, Southampton, Tottenham and Everton as well as championship and league 1 teams.
