Her indoors reminded me of this. My sister, who lives in Konstanz in Germany, right on the Swiss border, invited us to visit. My wife wont fly so I investigated going by train. I found out that the Orient Express calls at Zurich on its way to Vienna and Zurich is only 30 miles from Konstanz. So I booked the tickets. The blurb they sent us asked us to wear 'evening dress' for the car restaurant meals. We spent weeks trying to find a dress for the wife. We went all over the south east and finally found something she liked. Come the first meal, we went in to the restaurant car, me in black tie and the wife in her new dress. There were 6 tables of 4 which meant 12 ladies. The lady at the next table had the identical dress to the wife's. Rather spoilt the atmosphere but I thought it was hilarious.
