Joins on loan until the end of the season.
When you retire, you switch bosses - from the one that hired you, to the one that married you.

Note to self, it's Carayol, not Caryol :(

Looks like Botaka won't get any game time. Is the first Gambian to ever play for us ? Played under Evans when he was at Crawley.

Great scouting then ;)
When I was young I said to my mum, 'are the hills in the distance America?'

Wingers are always a nightmare.
How many consistently good ones can you think of ??

Eddie Gray
Chris Waddle
John Barnes
Pierre Litbarski
George Best
Jimmy Johnstone
Steve Coppell

From the modern era .. Damian Duff, Arjen Robben and Franck Ribery but the position is almost non-existent nowadays, given the fluidity of the modern front-line.

For me, Dallas' work-rate alone puts him up there in terms of being one of our best signings, most influential players and consistently decent wingers. Sanchez Watt was another one I enjoyed watching and who had a good understanding with his team-mates, but I wouldn't say he pulled up any trees.

Like a lot of people think Botaka should be given time and played every week, I doubt there'll be much room for error with this fella.
He'll get a couple of sub appearances to prove himself and then maybe a start, but if he doesn't produce he'll be sent packing. Cellino doesn't pay passengers, does he ??

I would be mildly worried if he had not already played for Evans. You could call it lazy scouting, but if Evans can get the best out of him and the lad wants to give his best to Evans then everyones a winner.

Doesn't always work - Jimmy Kebe! But I'll give the lad a chance.
