Re: Mustapha Carayol
I`ve kept a casual eye on his career because he was one, when younger that had a chance to have a big future, he certainly had the ability to do well but sometimes his temperament let him down. He is now older and hopefully wiser and having got over a long injury I`m hoping SE will get the best out of him and if he does I think he will be a hit. fingers crossed.

I couldn't get beyond that right back's tackle on 1:39. It reminds me of a game I played in the Army, when the opposition found out I was an officer. Proper old school defending.whiteinfrance wrote:From his highlights video, looks like he could score a few!

Anyway, good luck to the lad, I hope he does the business for us. But I'm wary of YouTube compilations after the embarrassment that was Jimmy Kebe!

Interesting signing, welcome in Mustapha.
Owners come and go but Leeds United will be there forever, for the fans - keep Marching on Together.

Forgive me, I've had a couple of drinks tonight!
Personally I can't get too excited about this signing!
If he's not good enough for Boro, he's not good enough for Leeds.

And which of our players would walk straight into the Boro team. Personally think they have the best squad in the championship.Rich1971 wrote:Forgive me, I've had a couple of drinks tonight!

Agree with you SW, plus Boro thought he was good enough to go for him in the first place.by Selby White » 31 minutes ago

I hope the lad does well and my lack of enthusiasm is misplaced.
It is interesting though that people should hold Boro's squad in such high regard as if we are light years behind.
Are we accepting mediocrity?

It appears so, Rich. One day there will be an awakening, when Leeds fans realize that not all the problems besetting our club this century are due to former owners & directors. I'm very worried that that day is light years away though!Rich1971 wrote:I hope the lad does well and my lack of enthusiasm is misplaced.
