Hey all
I'm friends with a few of you on Facebook and even - gasp ! - in real life.
I thought it might be a good idea to do some networking on social media.
As most of you know, we have a Facebook page for this forum : https://www.facebook.com/lufctalk1919/
I also have a "normal" profile on there : https://www.facebook.com/paul.ridge.67
If you're on there, feel free to send me a friend request but also please add who you are on this board as most of us use nicknames
You can also add a link in here to your own profile so other people can do likewise.
Let's share the love, people

Re: Facebook
I'm one of them supposedly extinct people who isn't on facebook, just not interested in it. Many moons ago did try the social networking when Myspace was all the rage pre facebook but never moved on.
Did do a blog for a few years but dont bother at present.
Still always good to have friends, so if our paths ever cross will be happy to buy you a beer

Re: Facebook
Fraid I'm in the dinosaur bracket along with SW although I'm being dragged into the 17th century by having a twitter account and am following a few other members of this fine forum. I did try facebook several years ago but it didn't catch on to me....... I find twitter is more "news relevant"

Re: Facebook
I'm in the SW and Davy group, never had any inkling to have facebook or any other social media. Maybe one day I will take the plunge but can so far live without it all.
Owners come and go but Leeds United will be there forever, for the fans - keep Marching on Together.

Re: Facebook
Those few unfortunate souls on here who know me will know I'm a dinosaur & proud of it!
Never have done Facebook, Twitter, social media etc etc & never will!

Re: Facebook
My daughter put me on Facebook but only so that I can see photo's posted by my other daughter in Singapore. Have never posted anything myself other than the odd comment.
I once played against Don Revie.
Re: Facebook
I was determinedly against Facebook until a few years ago when my girlfriend signed me up. It is painfully addictive and mostly annoying but it is a way of seeing what my son is getting up to 100 miles away.
