This isn't about me but a friend who is quite intelligent until it comes to money matters!
Anyway, they own a small limited company and their office, which they have a mortgage with Nat West, is up for sale.
It seems Nat West have been 'sharp' in their practices and are now seeking to foreclose on the office without any care for my friend and his wife who feel they're being badly treated by the bank.
Anyway, I obviously don't know the full details but I believe NW are acting with a lack of professionalism and due care for their customer...
Can anyone recommend decent solicitors etc who can advise my friends? They're North Yorkshire based (LS postcode area) and obviously they know advice wouldn't be free. Many thanks.

The CAB should be their first port of call I would have thought.
Or the forums of Money Saving Expert ??

CAB supposedly aren't interested as it's a limited company though with only 2 full timers at the moment.
Thanks - those forums are on the list but friends' advice usually works best
