SW is on the right tracks for the first two, but the third.....guess the clue is in UEFA countries rather than sovereign European countries. Oh and if you have no. 1 correct you'll be well on the way for no. 3

Turkey, of course Istanbul isn't the capital so reckon that will be answer for 1 and 3. Excellent questions.
