Hi all,
I've been reading this forum for some time, but have now taken the step to join in the fun.
Born in 1986, and growing up with my dad a passionate white, I've been a Leeds fan as long as I can remember. First memory is of the '92 title win, and since then followed through the good and bad times. I managed to talk my dad into joining him in the Revie stand from the start of the Premiership days, and have had one every year until I relocated to Jersey a couple of years ago. When I do come back to the UK, I try to arrange catching a home game if the schedule matches. Aside from that, I'm one of the very few Leeds fans that's grateful of all the TV coverage we get.
My favourite memory at Elland Road has to be the 3-0 win over Deportivo in the Champions League Q-F. Other than that I'd say the feeling of securing a last-minute 4-3 win over Derby after being 3-0 down.
There are too many bad moments of recent years to list, but hopefully things are settling down now under Garry Monk and we are on the way back up.
All the best to everyone on here!!
James
