Presumably there was no 'administration charge' for using the voucher :D.

That is utterly outrageous!!
Had my renewal form this morning and it's mentioned on there .

I generally pay by cheque anyway, which incurs no 'fee', but £15 for a debit card transaction is ridiculous.
Cheque really, haven't been able to get a cheque book for nigh on 10 years, do find many places shun them?

Yeah, I've got one for all my accounts, generally for situations like this where companies apply charges for using the cards. Admittedly, it's rare to be charged for using a debit card.

Renewed mine this morning, quite a few fans doing the same with a sizeable queue forming. Might have helped if more than two staff, both doing their best to be fair, had been stationed at the windows.

Renewed mine on the zebra, had the pennies to buy it out right but wasn't paying 15 quid for the privelege. Still waiting to see when or how this refund will appear.

Can anyone advise when the fixture list is due out for next season?
My wife and I will be visiting The UK from mid August until late September and she is already booking trips in Europe.

I will be mortified if I miss seeing my beloved Leeds at Elland Road due to having committed to visit some Cathedral in Rome

LUFC Trust have put out a tweet that the club, in response to their query, have advised that information on how to claim the refund will be on the official site within the next couple of days.
