Might be a good idea to allow two divisions in first round from the off, think in the past we've got into double figures with the initial entry and very limited choice left.
Assume people can't choose the same team.

Have I got the rules wrong? Can we not all pick the same team in a single week, but we're excluded from picking that team again?

I see what you are saying, If we include the Scottish Premiership that gives 12 fixtures. If we run out I can include another surprise league!

I think it has always been that one person has one team, so if your choice has gone then you have to pick one that hasn't been used.
