I think we are now being run along the lines of a continental club and I am very excited about it.

Southampton are the model to follow and Brentford are already structured similarly and using the same kind of analytics to drive operational decisions both on and off the pitch.

I love it.
I love knowing that we've got a proper scouting setup already, let alone how it can develop from here.
I love that we have a director of football overseeing it all.

This is the future.

Thanks for that Rigger, I`m with you in the way we are going, hopefully we will have a sound base for when we reach our target.

I have also loved the way we are bringing development players for the future.

Looking at how many Spaniards/Catalans are working for us I wonder where our training camp will be next summer ??

Might make for a nice little holiday : two weeks in sunny Catalonia, watch the squad training, take in a friendly or three

Will be there in 4 weeks on hols, I will check it out for us.
