The good news is it points towards us being promoted - it's the sort of thing that happens to us! I have a horrible feeling, it's going to the wire and we'll need a draw or quite probably need a win last match of the season. Let's hope Charlton is safe by then and Lee Bowyer is feeling kind and generous to his 2nd club

Why phrase it such?
Just divide that £24 between the 20 clubs who start the Prem season, deduct £1.2m extra from every clubs tv money, tell the clubs the reason is tv rebate and no-one would be any the wiser...
