Grilled lamb chops from Lidl, roast potatoes, cauliflower and Yorkshire pudding washed with a few glasses of Chilean pinot noir.
Might have to take an interest in the Premier League now....

Going to make Chicken Kiev’s for dinner tonight, love when you cut into them & the garlic butter spurts out.

Pan fried salmon fillets in chilli sauce on a bed of spinach with new potatoes and Eton mess to follow

Roast Pork (cold) has had it warm after roasting a joint yesterday. With Roast Veggies of course some of which we've grown ourselves in the new vegetable plot. :D

In fact given the size of the joint we'll also be having it tomorrow but with salad (lettuce is home grown and ready).

Fish cake chips and peas. Bought the fish cakes as part of my 'soft food' sentence. However, I am OK on meat and stuff now but have got to finish the soft food I stocked up on. :shock:
