Lemon sole fillet with a little butter and lemon. New potatoes, peas, sweet corn and green beans.

My absolute favourite tonight sausages, homemade chips, fried egg, Branston baked beans & bread & butter. A gastronomic feast.

Just putting together a king prawn biriani & a chicken Punjabi tomato curry. Naan bread, Tiptree mango chutney & raita. The house smells lovely at the moment keep thinking I’m back on the Asian sub continent :D

Another Simply Cook recipe for us tonight, Malay Laksa. Have just got the chicken and butternut squash ready, it's done in coconut milk with rice noodles and looks like a sort of chunky soup but we'll see how it turns out.
There's light at the end of the tunnel and the future's looking very bright indeed.

Just put a lamb casserole in the slow cooker. Will have mashed potatoes and swede with it later.
