Just putting together a king prawn biriani & a chicken Punjabi tomato curry. Naan bread, Tiptree mango chutney & raita. The house smells lovely at the moment keep thinking I’m back on the Asian sub continent

Another Simply Cook recipe for us tonight, Malay Laksa. Have just got the chicken and butternut squash ready, it's done in coconut milk with rice noodles and looks like a sort of chunky soup but we'll see how it turns out.
There's light at the end of the tunnel and the future's looking very bright indeed.
