Poached cod fillet with a white wine, mushroom and cream sauce. Served with new potatoes, asparagus and peas.

We've got some wonderful prawn tempura from Aldi followed by Peking duck and all the trimmings, with a pinot grigio as supporting cast.
Might have to take an interest in the Premier League now....

We had sea bass in garlic butter, sauté potatoes, asparagus, peas, mushrooms & vine tomatoes. Was lovely tonight luxury fish cakes, homemade chips & mushy peas.

Made a minestrone will be having that with a french stick. Bought a cheese selection yesterday so having that to follow. Just realised we haven’t any Parmesan so I’m popping out again.
