Southern fried chicken, chips & Caesars salad, heavy on the dressing.

Homemade pizzas with a few beers whilst glued to SKY for deadline day

Lamb hot pot with mashed potatoes, peas, cabbage & carrots.

Using up stuff in the fridge plus had a quick visit to the butchers so tonight it’s bacon, sausage, kidney, lamb chop, fried egg, chips and baked beans. Salivating at the very thought

Add black pudding to that after a visit to M&S

Treated ourselves as we haven’t eaten out in 2 years so tonight we are having a rack of lamb, roast potatoes, minted peas, swede and cabbage. Mint sauce and redcurrant sauce will be available as well.

Just having a break from making a chicken Jalfrezi letting the meat marinate. Will have a biriani , samosas and mango chutney.
