For the 2nd Saturday running we are off to a Thai restaurant.
Tonight we've booked a table at one in Escrick(Selby to York Road) have been before and was impressed with the food.

Belly pork for us with apple sauce, stuffing, new potatoes, carrots, cabbage ( fried with bacon bits ) & peas.

As said yesterday went to the Thai restaurant in Escrick.

Starter :-
Popia Tod - Thai spring rolls. Light and crispy wrappers surrounding a tasty mix of chicken with stir- fried vegetables, oriental mushrooms and rice noodles. Served with a sweet and sour plum sauce.

Mains :-
Pad Priew Wan Gai/Moo - Stir-fried chicken or pork with onions and peppers in our special ‘home-made’ sweet and sour sauce.
Did go for the Chicken option as we are having Pork loin steaks today.

Very nice and washed down with a couple of pints of their "Guest Beer" which turned out to be Hobgoblin which I happen to have on my list of favourites.

Roast beef and all the trimmings.

Chicken here not sure what yet though probably Spanish Chicken with rice.

Liver and bacon with mashed potato and cabbage.

Out later at our local pub for a late lunch.

Spatchcock chicken, new potatoes and salad.
