I put on maximum database (which I've never used before) and the player pool is only 4100, thought it'd be more tbh. I certainly can't find you though pal, oh well, currently playing as Scarborough and I don't have a DM, you'd have come in handy!

Actually, now I come to think of it, it could be either 00/01 or 01/02

I think I'll boot up both and have a search through.

Here's a screenshot of the manager screen.
Not sure why but I can't seem to find myself as a player but I know I was one - back in the day, you could switch between player and manager stats but I couldn't do it on this version so it may be I'm also in FM4, which covered the 1999/00 season.
Can't be bothered to load that up as well though ..
