Do you think that one of the reasons for changing the badge is because we're coming up to our 100th year as a club?? I sincerely nope not.

Club need to admit they have got this wrong and bin it before they start spending money on merchandise. They consulted 10,000 fans? Are they sure they were Leeds fans??
I don't for one minute believe they consulted 10,000 fans pal. I know it's only just been unveiled but there hasn't even been a slightly positive post on here regarding the new badge.
Agree. If they had consulted 10,000 fans we would have heard of all this before this morning. At least they have finally found something the entire fan base agree on!

My pal who is a screen printer to trade just emailed me this reply:-

This is a joke right? It’s the kind of design I’d do for messing around.

Whoever AR paid to come up with that design must be laughing as an 8 year old kid would have done a better design.

I just watched the link NW posted and I have to admit on first glance I wasn't taken aback by the design of the badge at all, I thought it was trying to explain the common bond between Leeds fans. and the video was good in that regard. but after looking at it again I do agree that it isn't encaptivating the club of Leeds United. The Leeds signature we all perform and do to each other on the street or in the stadium doesn't reflect us as a club the badge on the shirt does. To join the two into one unified symbol is something of a PR disaster for Radz and the PR team at the club. If this is the badge going forward then I do believe that sales of merchandise at the club will go down to the Mariana trench and it will be a loss for the club.

Although in saying all this I didn't really like the one we have now when that first came out either, but as things go with the club it grew on me and if this one is to remain I guess the Leeds salute as a badge could well grow on me too. Little disappointed with the design. Not even the white rose on it.
