Good post. Saiz was really poor on Friday.johnh wrote:I keep reading on here about Saiz. As I don't see many games I was looking forward to watching a live stream last night. Very disappointed in Saiz. All his possession was sideways across the pitch and back, going nowhere. His through balls and crosses were poor and either went through to the keeper (a couple were like passes back) or were easily cut out by defenders. Hopefully, I just picked a bad night.

Re: Samuel Saiz
Saiz very poor on Friday - he's actually making us worse when he plays like this. We need Pablo back to relieve him of the need to shoulder all the forward momentum.

Yeah but Zeus was never the same after that knee injury, well jealous of Prometheus dribbling ability.SiMamu wrote: look at Zeus with Prometheus.
Having an eagle eat his liver on a daily basis was a step too far though.

Don't get me started on Icarus.
I've seen goalies fly across the net, but that guy takes the biscuit.
I dare say it might get him into trouble one day though .. probably a Sunday, now I come to think about it :ugeek:

Surely it is down the manager, oops sorry coach, to banish the card waving, diving and whinging from Saiz's game. The way I look at it is love him or hate him he is probably the only player in that squad who could conjur something out of nothing. I like a player with a bit of arrogance and just wish we had a few more in the squad.
As this season has shown any player can have a bad match or two and in a lot of cases far more than that but we would miss him if he went especially with Orta's record on replacing departed players. Probably end up with some fith choice player from the Isthmian League.

IF THIS CLUB WAS A RACEHORSE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN SHOT LONG AGO TO PUT AN END TO ITS SUFFERING
