Mid-table is an accurate reflection of where we have to rebuild from.

It seems worse because the fixture list gave us an easy start, raising false expectations.

We won 5 of the first 7 games. But the 5 teams we beat are now in 15th, 19th, 22nd, 23rd, and 24th places.

(Forest 15th, Bolton 19th, Birmingham 22nd, Burton 23rd, Sunderland 24th)

that should read Stockade.... but with our defence as it is at the moment, maybe Stockade is more apt!

Posted in another thread and so just for current state of play:

So that's as follows so far with same group of players:

TC - AVERAGE 1.457 POINTS PER GAME
PH - AVERAGE 0.857 POINTS PER GAME

Over a season with the above (46), that would give TC 67 (around 9/10th) and PH 39 (certain relegation).

Also appreciate that on 7 so far under PH bias towards teams higher up in league, so over the 16 will give us a better idea.
