I’ve read somewhere recently that a club can only loan 2 players from any one club. We already have 2 players on loan from Chelsea, so how can we loan Izzy Brown?

Clubs are allowed to sign up to eight players on loan but can only select a maximum of five loanees in a match squad.
They can only sign a maximum of four players from a specific club, with only two being over the age of 23.

Phil has said it's a Prem player so that rules out Powell.

Things point towards Brown but would be happy with backup? Can he play wing?

Ekuban loan move confirmed. Just O'Kane and Anita left to hopefully offload.

I wonder whether the attacking midfielder/winger we're looking at is Josh Onomah - perhaps recommended by Pochettino to Bielsa.

Unsurprising but Phil Hay confirmed interest in Pennington dropped.

He was poor at Villa last season. As time went on he featured less.

Yasin Ben El-Mhanni is another name mentioned. Winger released by Newcastle so available on a free. Brentford are looking at him.
