I was on about as a collective ANS, not individually. But, as already mentioned by BB and others including myself, injuries and suspensions will be a factor. Cooper (not 100% sure about this), always picks up an injury at some stage throughout the season, will get suspended, as will Berardi and White is a bit of a gamble - he could prove to be a hit, we'll find out sooner rather than later. If we didn't sign another CB before the end of the window we will struggle imo.
No problem mate, wording confused me

Nps pal, my grammar isn't the best

Apparently we are in for 27-year-old Brentford midfielder Romaine Sawyers.

Former Sunderland goalkeeper Max Johnstone appears to have joined Championship side Leeds United on trial.

The 20-year-old spent a year at Sunderland before being released in the summer and started for Leeds yesterday in their friendly against Tadcaster Albion as he hopes to earn a contract for the forthcoming season.

Johnstone played the full 90 minutes for the Leeds XI as they ran out 5-1 winners against the Northern League side
One for u23s?

£2:5m is the fee apparently, what we paid for him.

I see Aiden Flint joins Cardiff. Now that would of been a replacement for Pontus.
But mb knows best :silent: ;)

Oriol Rey has left the building. Also looks like Sacko & Cibici have gone as well. So that’s...

£8.5M Clarke
£3.5M Saiz
£4m Jansson
€1.2M Ekuban
??? Wilks
??? Sacko
??? Halme
??? Cibici (loan)
??? Rey
??? Machuca

Anyone I’m missing ?

I really don't get the centrehalf blindness from Bielsa. His biggest fault isn't the purity of his unwavering vision of football, the strict nature of the regime, the relentless flogging of the players or the customary late season collapse of his charges... it's the fact he's so bloody stubborn.

Why can't someone say to him SIGN ANOTHER DEFENDER!
We've got two recognised first team central defenders plus two converted fullbacks, a defensive midfield rock who would be badly missed if he played there.. and a few kids.

I can only hope that Struijk is as good as everyone thinks. It's clear that Edmondson is and will get a chance up top so hopefully Pascal will do the business at the other end.

... yet I still think three is too few anyway.
