Nobby, always a niggly stubborn thorn in our side when we played Man united. Time heals and comes forgiveness.

I'll say this as a tribute to his effectiveness.
The loudest chant I EVER heard at Elland road was one night in the late 1960's, Nobby was in an aggressive mood, "Dirty Stiles" rang around the ground repeatedly like a wall of sound. He sort of played like Norman Hunter wearing a red shirt.

Not forgetting his Leeds Utd links with son John playing for us and his brother in law is of course Johnny Giles.
Thoughts with them and the rest of the family.
