We have a winner !
There's two piers, the beach is clay sand, there's a golf course at one end of it (I used to live in the last beach house overlooking one of the holes and out to the sea) and Alan Bennett spent a lot of time there as his mum was in a care home in the town while it's also John Cleese's home town where he was brought up as a lad

T-Centralen - having the T- in front makes me think it's a public transport system bit like German Cities have U- or S- in front of "bahn" for their systems.
