Hero - Tony Currie - my first hero in a Leeds shirt, he made the game look so easy, a joy to see, still love watching old you tube clips of him gliding across the pitch.
Villain - Jimmy Adamson - Adamson OUT! pretty much sums his time at Leeds, broke up a team that had finished 5th, qualified for Europe and made the Semis of the League cup.

Selby White and chilwellwhite summed it up.
Hero: Don Revie
Villain: Ridsdale
Nothing more to be said really. If you eliminate these, then my choices are:
Hero: Bobby Collins
Villain: Brian Clough
Edit: I do agree with Rigger about Kewell too.

Some different names:
Hero - Allan Clarke, a Revie legend who never really got the recognition he should have had for all his goals - left foot, right foot, header. Regularly and without any fuss or bother
Villain - George Graham - another in a long line of P poor appointments and a man with an enormous ego. Leeds did him a favour by getting him off a scrap heap. He came in, bored the pants off everyone and levered Tony Yeoboah out of the club. Couldn't get out the door quick enough when Tottenham came for this dour Ex Gunner.

Hero - Mark Viduka - top scorer in each season he was at the club. Looked lazy but highly skillful. Those 4 goals against Liverpool will live long in all our memories.
Villain(s) - Gordon McQueen + Joe Jordan - the lure of red money made them jump ship to that team in red!
