Does anyone know, if the latest news about British stadiums being closed until March next year mean, that all PL games until then will be shown live on TV?

Re: Fans back in stadiums
To my knowledge nothing has been announced, John. It's not been confirmed as of yet that March will be when fans are allowed back, it all depends on Covid19 and how bad the second wave is. This is going to sound really selfish but I was thinking about this today and I'm so relieved in a way that we're in the PL as one can imagine that the PL teams will have a lot more protection to those in the lower leagues when it comes to help from the FA. I really fear for those in L1 and all the way further down the spectrum.John Dane wrote:Does anyone know, if the latest news about British stadiums being closed until March next year mean, that all PL games until then will be shown live on TV?

Done. Good to see it over 100,000. Smacks of elitism if the Albert Hall is open for business and ER isn't. I trust the Germans to get the balance right more than our government!

Think lots of places are open that are a bigger danger than a socially distanced sport or theatre type event.Leicester White wrote:Done. Good to see it over 100,000. Pubs been the prime example in my opinion given people lose common sense after a few drinks.
Think everywhere should be open under strict guidelines (we've still Covid to fight) and those places that then can't follow the guidelines that they are given should be shut again. The Club, theatre owners, pub landlords, etc need to be responsible to see rules are followed. The innocent are suffering when it should only be the guilty.
Keep your face always toward the sunshine - and shadows will fall behind you.
