Good news all round I think. His time at Leeds was well past it's sell by date.

I doubt if the eventual fee will amount to much. Of course it might be that he stays loaned out until his contract runs down in which case he'll be off for nowt

Must admit I didn’t see the Costa loan coming. He will always be remembered for his part in getting the club promoted. He never filled his full potential. I see Jimmy Summerville becoming the impact sub. Good luck Helder.

We definitely should not forget or under appreciate the part Costa played in getting us to where we are now. He scored a handful of important goals and created a few as well, and was part of a good team that we all loved watching. It's true that he seems not to be quite up to the standard we need now, but every Leeds fan should be thanking him and wishing him well (like they are on here) instead of just giving him idiotic abuse on Twitter. The people who do that are losers in my view.
