My list of places I'd be afraid of living in:
Cabot Cove - Murder She Wrote, life expectancy zero
Albert Square - Depressing or what
Coronation Street - No privacy
I'm sure there's plenty more where you'd either love or hate to live.
Mythical places where like / not like to live.

I'd be happy to settle down in Rivendell.......but I'll pass on Dotheboys Hall or Salem House.

I wouldn’t want to live in the Midsomer area. A few years ago my dream place would be a hut on the beach in Thailand where I’d just wear shorts, flip flops and a straw hat all day.

Not sure I'd want to stay at Bates Motel.

Town where I live, Fall River, well we have had the satanic cult murders, human sacrifices in the late 1970's early 80's, but the most intriguing is the case of Lizzie Borden who in 1892 hacked her father and step mother to death with a good old fashioned axe. She was tried and found not guilty, but to the people of Fall River she was guilty as the night is dark. There's children's rhymes about getting whacked with the axe. Anyway the house where the murders took place is now a 'Bread and Breakfast' lodging, it's behind the new courthouse. It does great trade I hear, people wanting to experience sleeping in the house. Her grave in a local cemetery has also gained some notoriety over the years with people visiting and even trying to dig up her body.
So if anybody wishes to sleep in a murderers house, look it up and give them a call.

When you retire, you switch bosses - from the one that hired you, to the one that married you.

Atlantis, battling the Wraith, Replicators etc sounds more pleasant than my normal day job (Stargate Atlantis)
Owners come and go but Leeds United will be there forever, for the fans - keep Marching on Together.

Love to live in Greendale. Really friendly postman and the rest of the villagers seem top as well. Only problem, I don’t think I’ve seen a pub there.
