21st July - 15st 12lb
28th July - 15st 10lb
4th Aug - 15st 9lb
11th Aug - 15st 9lb
Weeks loss - 0lb

Saturday did for me and actually pleased I broke even.
We had friends round for the evening with lots of wine and unhealthy nibbles which ended in the early hours, Sunday then became very lazy.

Where's the weight gain thread? I feel discriminated against...

I think we are around the same age SW and that is the trouble with me, when you have an evening out and a few drinks the next day is so hard to get motivated to do anything, at least you didn`t put any weight on

Think we maybe are LA, I'm 63 and lots on here around there give or take a few years.

As you say LA that is exactly what happens fortunately its not every week so hope to make up for it. (the jury is out).

Really pleased Davy started this thread by writing the weight (loss or gain) each week actually helps with motivation, sort of makes me feel answerable to myself if that makes sense.

Thanks LA. Cutting the wine out during the week, smaller portions of our usual meals, no snacks after dinner and having the dog to go out walking has made it quite easy ( I do sometimes miss a glass of red with a weekday meal). Still I look forward now to a nice red over the weekend more :D
