The last 11 games Jack as contributed to the scoresheet we have gone on to win the match.
The last time we didn't win was first game of the season defeat (4-3) at Anfield in Sept 2020 (18 months ago).
Newcastle H 5-2
West Brom A 5-0

Leicester A 3-1
Palace H 2-0
Sheff Utd H 2-1
Burnley A 4-0
Crewe H 3-0
Burnley H 3-1
West Ham A 3-2
Wolves A 3-2

Not a Leeds fact (but we were involved) - Port Vale are the only team in the English Football league to have beaten all of the other teams in a competitive match

One reject that had plenty of success after leaving but not in football is Nicky Byrne of Westlife.Mr Russell wrote:Players who played for the Leeds Reserves/Youth sides etc who never played for the first team

Plus Irish lad Paddy Stanley. I played with him in Leeds United Colts team. He went on to play (centre-half) for Leeds reserves but don't think he ever made the first team. Jack Charlton was first team CH. 1950's.Mr Russell wrote:Players who played for the Leeds Reserves/Youth sides etc who never played for the first team

I once played against Don Revie.
Re: Strange Facts - Who would have thought it ?
Jimmy Lumsden springs to mind, although he did get 4 first team starts in 6 years at Elland Road.
Came down from Scotland about the same time we signed Eddie Gray, in fact after a bit of traveling as a player in Scotland and the lower leagues, he became Gray's assistant when Eddie took the Leeds managers job. He later hooked up with David Moyes at Preston as assistant and moved with him to Everton and Man united.
