19 long years have passed since Kev and Chris were taken from the LUFC family.

Gone but not Forgotten.

Worked with a Turkish guy for a few months recently and we talked about it.
He's a Gala fan, but not much of one really as he's not that into football.

His wife's a doctor and he's an intelligent man and there was just a respectful quietness about him while we discussed what happened.

I still won't go there, mind, but he's restored some of my faith in humanity.

I know all of the above is totally irrational, especially given my leftie leanings and feelings about Brexit, racism and everything else, but football is a strong influence, isn't it ?

Much the same Rigger, despite my love of travel and seeing as much of the world as I can I've sworn I will never go to Turkey since that day.

Do eat occasionally in a Turkish restaurant, not a issue with that but go over there no chance.

RIP - Chris & Kev

An hour long but a good, yet obviously very sad, listen. I know one of the lads recalling the events quite well. A shocking incident that can never be allowed to happen again. Nice to see the club respectfully marking the occasion.
