Leeds United, Fiasco: The story of the 2013/2014 season

The story of Leeds United's 2013/2014 season is hard to believe. It began, as every season does of course, with hopes of promotion and by Christmas it still looked a possibility. But while the team was punching above its weight, behind the scenes there was chaos and uncertainty as GFH tried to sell a majority shareholding in the club. As the events off the pitch became ever more convoluted, performances on the pitch went awry and Leeds slipped alarmingly down the table to the extent that relegation looked a distinct possibility. In retrospect, the whole season was a fiasco both on and off the pitch. This is one fan's record of the whole mad-cap season, every game, every twist and turn off the pitch, the humour and the despair of the fans, it is all here to relive while we all get ready to put ourselves through it all again next season!
