Nice One Skip: From Elland Road to Brunton Park

Peter McConnell played for Leeds United with giants such as Don Revie, Billy Bremner, Wilbur Cush, Jack Charlton and Eric Kerfoot. He played for Leeds United from 1958–1962, making 48 appearances. He moved on to captain Carlisle United to an unlikely Championship winning title and to achieve legend status in Cumbria. Andy Hall has been Media Officer at Carlisle United since 2004. A close friend of Peter's, he had no hesitation in committing these fascinating tales to print.
