Jabba's Comments |
Bit-part winger who had made his name in the lower leagues north
of the border before signing for Billy Bremner at Elland Road. Never
managed to find himself a regular place in the squad and was on his
way inside two years.
Mike Forster says: I'm honoured to say I saw him play. Small, fat,
no skill and a sure fire candidate for the worst all time Leeds 11
(along with John Pearson and Mark Azlewood!)
johnny lord says: ....one of the worst ever players to pull on the
white shirt...one of his few apps he actually dribbled the ball across
the touchline in front of the lowfeilds endpen...and didnt notice the
linesman stopped as did the rst of the players...he went a further ten
yards and belted a 40 yrd crossfeild ball to nobody....he stopped and
hear the laffter from the end penn. boy was his face red
