A striker who joined Leeds from Watford just before the outbreak of
war and returned to Watford before normal league football had
resumed. He later acted as a scout for Watford and coach for various
local teams in the south. He died in early 1989.

My name is Malcolm Dunderdale I am Len's one and only son. I have
many action shots of my father during his football career. I will do
my very best to scan these pictures and send them to you.
Scott Dunderdale says: I am Scott Dunderdale and my Grandad Derek
is his brother. What an honour it is to be related to such a great
striker.
Jeff Trice says: Thought you might like to know that Len also
played for Margate FC and Sittingbourne FC in the Kent League during
the 48/49 season. If one of his relatives could e-mail and maybe send
me a picture I could add it to my Margate FC history website.
