Jabba's Comments

George Hutchinson was a winger/inside forward with excellent ball control and decent pace, but he never really made the grade at the top level because of a perceived lack of application. His early move from Huddersfield to Sheffield saw future Leeds player Albert Nightingale move in the opposite direction. He dropped down to non-league football with Guildford after an unsuccessful stay at Spurs, and although he gave a little spark to Leeds' promotion campaign, he didn't do enough to keep his place at Elland Road. He died in 1996.
