Jabba's Comments |
Jim Moore was brought in to lend some experience to the early Leeds
side, having played for Barnsley for 8 years and picked up an FA Cup
medal in the process when the Oakwell side beat West Brom 1-0 in
extra time of the 1912 final. After retiring from the playing side
of thing in 1926, he remained in Yorkshire and became a director
of Barnsley after World War 2.
Chris says: He was a superb inside right just like the good old
days
