Jabba's Comments |
At Leeds, Keith Ripley was used as cover for the likes of Archie
Gibson, Albert Nightingale and Bobby Forrest at half back and inside
forward - and because of his versatility he picked up quite a few
games over the years. He represented the Army against a Scottish XI
while doing his National Service, and was at Peterborough when they
won promotion from Division 4 in 1959-60.
Keith Anthony Ripley says: Keith is my father I am also called
Keith Ripley. My father moved back to Normanton after a spell in
Leeds, he is retired now and spends most of his time gardening with
the occasional game of golf. He is now 67 years old and in reasonable
health.
Russell Parker says: I am a Norwich city fan and am keen to get a
photo of Keith. Does anyone have one they could email to me?
