Jabba's Comments |
Signed from the north-east amateur scene, Robson made a great start
at Elland Road but an injury saw him lose his place and never regain it
after just 17 games. A year at Southend was followed by a return to
the north-east with Hartlepools, and he remained in his native Durham
until his death at the age of 72.
Margaret Hedley says: I represent the local history group in the
area where Cuthbert Robson lived - Wheatley Hill - we are busy
preparing a book of the area and would like to include details of
Cuthbert - do you have a photograph of him that we could use please?
We would be very grateful for your help
