Jabba's Comments

Irish winger who played over here during the war. He started his English career with Manchester City - very briefly - and was a Leeds player for just 8 months before moving round a whole variety of clubs, but ended up living back in Manchester on his retirement from the game.

William Charlton says: I'm a great soccer fan seen the greatest, no body but nobody possessed the box of tricks that Rudd had. YOU OLDER fans must remember how JIMMY WOULD beat COUPLE OF defenders turn around beat them again then as cheeky as ever sit on the ball & pretend to polish his boots 7 HOW ABOUT HIS direct free kicks stand aside beakham. jimmy was a fool to himself, booze & his attitude stopped him from greater things regarding soccer

Colin John Rudd says: he was my dad. He died of cancer in 1985, December 8, never complained and was very brave.I saw him control a cig packet without it touching the ground for ages, that was REAL class!!!
